1. Damaged Package During Delivery
If the package is damaged during delivery, Berlo Bubble Tea will either refund or replace the order at no additional cost to you, and we will arrange for free return shipping of the damaged package.
Please Note: Claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel for swift resolution.
2. Incorrect Order (Due to Our Error)
In the event that we send an incorrect order due to our mistake, we will either replace or refund the order and cover the cost of returning the incorrect package.
Please Note: You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the incorrect package to qualify for a free return and resolution.
3. Incorrect Order (Customer Error)
If a customer places an incorrect order, the responsibility for replacing the order lies with the customer.

4. Expired Product Before Expiry Date
If a product expires before the listed expiry date, Berlo Bubble Tea will offer a full refund for the affected order.
Please Note: The product must have been stored under the recommended refrigerated conditions for eligibility.
5. Expired Product After Partial Use
If the product expires after partial use and has been opened for more than 7 days, no refund will be issued.
Please Note: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper storage and handling of the product to maintain its quality.
